These products are obtained from the rolling process of amaranth and quinoa grains. Before the process these grains are previously selected, cleaned and dried and only for the case of quinoa, the grain is hulled.
The amaranth and quinoa flakes are foods that give a valuable dietary energy intake, high-quality protein, vitamins and dietary fiber to reinforce the assimilation of nutrients and improve metabolism.
For eating it is necessary a pre-cooking of few minutes. It is used at breakfast. Amaranth and Quinoa flakes are natural or organic products of high quality.
